Spreepark, Berlin's forsaken amusement park, conceals a $15 million cocaine smuggling operation within its decaying attractions. Once drawing 1.5 million visitors annually, the park's owner, Norbert Witte, attempted to transport 180 kg of cocaine from Peru to Germany, hidden in the masts of the 'Flying Carpet' ride.

Following the park's closure in 2002, Witte's illicit activities led to his imprisonment, while his son Marcel received a 20-year sentence in Peru. The park's eerie remnants, including toppled dinosaurs and a rusting Ferris wheel, have since become a magnet for urban explorers and filmmakers seeking haunting backdrops.

In 2014, a suspicious fire engulfed major parts of Spreepark, reducing iconic structures like the English village and Western town to ashes, further cementing its status as a ghostly relic of Berlin's past.
